Currently in the schematic design phase, this project spans 4,000 square feet and aims to blend classic elements with contemporary aesthetics and necessary utility for aging. Sustainability is a core consideration, with plans for energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials to minimize the home's environmental footprint. The goal is to craft a timeless yet modern living experience that not only reflects the lifestyle and values of its inhabitants but allows them to age in place.
