Nestled in the landscape of the early 19th-century urban fabric, Baker’s Row seamlessly blends traditional New Orleans architecture with modern interiors and concealed private courtyards. The design features elegant façades that reflect the historical charm of the city while incorporating contemporary elements that enhance livability. Transparent fireplaces create a unique ambiance, fostering a sense of connectivity between the interiors and exteriors and promoting an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A striking 30-foot floor-to-ceiling glass wall opens the vertical circulation to the private courtyard space, further enhancing this fluid transition between indoor and outdoor environments. This thoughtful integration of design elements not only preserves the historical essence of the neighborhood but also provides residents with serene and inviting living spaces that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of New Orleans.
