Interior renovations will include a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen and a functional butler’s kitchen, alongside luxurious spaces such as a private movie theatre, a cozy sitting room, a charming breakfast nook, and beautifully appointed primary suites. Each area will be thoughtfully designed to balance historical integrity with modern convenience.
The outdoor space will feature a newly constructed pool and cabana, creating an inviting oasis for relaxation and entertainment. Future plans include the addition of a guest wing that will seamlessly connect to the garage, accommodating a gym, spa, and guest suite, further enhancing the estate's luxurious amenities.
This project not only aims to preserve the architectural legacy of Paul Williams but also to create a harmonious blend of historical grandeur and contemporary living, ensuring that this estate remains a cherished retreat for years to come.
