A traditional board and batten house surrounded by lush landscape was transformed into a duplex residence bringing together a playful exterior with an eclectic, contemporary interior. Design for two brothers, each living in one unit, the goal was to blend two distinct styles into one cohesive composition. This is best represented in the two unique front facade entries highlighted by pops of color found throughout the exterior doors, windows and patio.
